The proposal for the external incentives went live on the Secret Network on November 20th, 2021 and passed with unanimous approval: https://wallet.keplr.app/#/secret/governance?detailId=64. The discussion around the incentives can be seen here:
This proposal was for ~$5000 per day in SCRT distributed across both pairs; however, SCRT AGENTS proposed if the Osmosis community choose to match, SCRT Labs will make the SCRT incentive ~$10,000 per day. With the OSMOnaut community understanding how powerful this offer was it passed unanimously!
